Access Version 2.0 Upgrade Instructions (From 1.0)

1. Unzip the contents of eNewsletterProUpgrade20Access.zip.
   
2. Copy only the file called v2upgrade.asp to the folder on your web server where eNewsletter Pro is installed.  For example, if you installed the software at http://www.yourdomain.com/enewsletterpro/ then copy the files to that folder.
   
3. Open v2upgrade.asp in your browser.
   
4. Enter the physical server path for your database.  
   
5. Click the Button.
   Note: This upgrade will not work unless Jet 4.0 is installed on your server.  If you would like us to upgrade the database for you, please email it to us.  If an error is produced at this stage, please STOP here and do not continue on.  Contact tech support for further information.
   
6. If the database has successfully been upgraded, copy the files from the folder called "RootDirectory" to the folder on the web server where eNewsletter Pro is installed.
   
7. Copy the images from the "images" folder to the /enewsletterpro/images/ folder on your web server.
   
8. Login to the admin area and make sure everything is working properly.  You absolutely must go into the preferences and click update.  This will reset some server parameters.  If you don't do this some of the default messages will be blank when a user subscribes.

Note:  If you would like to begin tracking stats on individual subscribers, please be sure to turn on this option in the preferences.
