Note: The SQL Server version does require that you own a copy of SQL server or have this hosting option with your web host.  Many web hosts offer SQL server for $10-$30 additional per month.

Note: The Enterprise Edition requires the installation of several DLL's and EXE's for managing the delivery and bounced email address filtering.  Shared server accounts typically prohibit such installations and may require a dedicated server.
